Clinique Beyond Perfecting Super Concealer

Clinique has launched a new concealer, the Beyond Perfecting Super Concealer and that's what I call, for me, a heavy duty concealer because it's nicely pigmented but it feels lightweight, so that's something I enjoy using when I need more coverage. It covers everything but doesn't look heavy.

It comes housed into a flexible 8mL tube, you have to squeeze the concealer out onto your hands and then apply it with your finger, beauty blender or brush.

That's actually the only thing I'm less a fan of, i.e. the packaging. I always prefer concealers that come with a doe foot applicator because it's faster to use but otherwise, I think this is a fabulous concealer that feels lightweight but is still very pigmented and litterally covers everything!

In terms of texture, it's creamy but the texture is relatively thin when you start spreading it. It's thin but quite pigmented. I noticed that it oxidizes a tiny bit after application but this doesn't bother me, you just have to try the color and see how it looks on you.

It has a natural finish, doesn't look cakey even when you build it up. Coverage is medium but as I said you can easily build it up to full coverage. What I really love about it is that it does cover everything but it has never creased on me! It feels comfortable and not drying.

An Apricot corrector is also available which comes very handy when you have pronounced dark circles. Typically you can apply it first to color correct and then apply your concealer.

Overall pretty happy with these new Clinique concealers. I enjoy using them when I need to cover more than what I usually do because these are quite pigmented but still feel lightweight. For info/reference for those who don't know me, I'm more into natural makeup and usually don't go full coverage.
